The O’Briens team downed tools and assembled in our landscape depot for a social get-together and the annual landscape games. Despite preparation for torrential rain, the clouds parted and we had a great afternoon under the autumn sun. While the craic was mighty and the food delicious, the games competition was intense. “We raised the bar this year,” said Ciaran. “Well, games coordinator, Ollie Kenna did. He got even more creative with wellie throwing, basketball, and an impossible football target. It was great fun.” Ollie is already planning next year’s event with digger dancing, barrow racing and a mulch pit!
