The team at Peter O’Brien and Sons Landscaping are delighted to have been the lead landscape contractors on several of this year’s Irish Landscape Institute (ILI) award-winning projects. We are proud to have collaborated so successfully with Ireland’s leading Landscape Architectural practices.

The awards took place on Thursday 8th of October. This annual event acknowledges Landscape Architectural skills across Ireland and a range of categories from the public realm design to landscape research.

This year’s event was sponsored by Hardscape, was conducted in coordination with the IFLA Europe and was officiated by ILI President, Kevin Halpenny. With the scope, scale and complexity of design and construction activity in Ireland, this year’s awards were noted as being the most competitive yet.

Below are the top award-winning projects we were responsible for implementing.

The Workday rooftop took the top prize in the Intuitional Landscape category. It was designed by Bernard Seymour Landscape Architects. This was an amazing project to be part of. You can view the scheme details here.
