Fifteen George’s Quay is an innovative redevelopment that has transformed a prime city centre office into a contemporary and sustainable building.

The development involved the retention of the existing structure while increasing the overall space by more than 50%. The redevelopment includes a new façade, an expansive reception area overlooking the 18th-century Custom House, and a 2,000 sq ft ground-floor café. Most notably, the scheme involved a significant investment in the landscape which included extensive roof gardens and terraces commanding panoramic views over the Dublin. The ground floor was also developed to include planters, seating and replanting of existing beds.

We delivered the scheme for IPUT, working alongside UK based Landscape Architecture Practice, Townshend.
