8 Hanover Quay is one of Dublin’s most recent and high profile mixed-use urban developments. Constructed by the world-renowned, John Sisk and Sons on behalf of Park Developments it stands as a benchmark in quality urban design and construction. The well-integrated landscape treatments included the formation of Hanover Walk, a granite paved pedestrian link connecting Hanover Walk, Green Street East, and neighboring Capital Dock. Several private communal courtyards and paved terraces are accented with densely planted granite-clad raised beds.
The project was managed by Contract Manager Derek McDonnell with support from the entire O’Brien team. We were proud to have played such a pivotal role in the delivery of this world-class project.
