Capital Dock is a 22-story mixed-use development at the heart of the Dublin docklands.  It is the tallest building on the island of

Ireland and features the highest garden (18th floor) in the country. The project was one of the most complex and demanding undertaken by us. A dedicated, specialist team of 30 landscape professionals were based on the site for over 12 months and were backed by a highly tuned administration team in the office. The project demanded skills ranging from engineering, hard landscape construction, interior landscaping, wood and metal fabrication, bespoke assembly and soft landscape design and installation.

Our team on the ground included Senior Project Manger, Derek McDonnell, Chief Engineer, Daniel Simon and construction specialists Raivis Linins and Gatis Clems.

Site challenges included the extreme limitation on space, elevation, complex elements, interaction and interface with other contract teams and services. We are proud to have been involved and even prouder to have brought the project in on time and in budget.
